What Is AHEPA?
AHEPA's Mission statement is to promote the ancient Hellenic ideals of education, philanthropy, civic responsibility, integrity, and family and individual excellence through community service and volunteerism.
AHEPA members are proud of the contributions the ancient Greeks gifted to Western Civilization. As Americans, we share many of the values put forth by the Greeks: civic responsibility, philanthropy, education, family and individual excellence, and the ideals of democracy.
What makes AHEPA unique from other organizations is the creation of the AHEPA Family. Together with three affiliated organizations, the AHEPA Family works as a unit toward the fulfillment of a common mission. The family of organizations includes the following organizations. Click on each organization's link to be redirected to their website.
- AHEPA - American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association
- DOP - Daughters of Penelope
- SOP - Sons of Pericles
- MOA - Maids of Athena
